James Roué’s Rum-Nova Brule, with a distinct smoky maple flavour. This rum has been aged in charred maple syrup barrels from Quebec. Yet there is no maple syrup added to the rum. This is a real rum, not a sweet rum liqueur.
Aromas of maple smoke, fudge, toffee, caramel, vanilla custard and a hint of molasses on the finish. . Mixes well with Rum-Nova Applejack and lemon juice (Jackrabbit cocktail), eggnog, rye or bourbon.
